jvance said...: I'm a life long resident regularly visiting the zoo since the 1950's. I've walked thru those woods and was more concerned about the two legged animals hanging around like it was a bus stop.
The elephants exhibit needs to be at least the size of the African Velt. What a joy it would be to see them and the giraffes be able to actually be able to trot around. The animals we've housed for years on that piece of property... they're the ones slighted & crammed into 'cubicles'. Give the woods to them.; 8/4/09, 9:25 AM
